Michael Krisko

Michael Krisko is a founder and managing partner of Lignum Wealth Management, an independent financial services and investment firm in Wakefield, Massachusetts. He has spent the past decade helping his clients achieve their long-term goals, with a focus on portfolio management, wealth creation, retirement planning, education funding, and protection advice. He prides himself on having an intimate understanding of his clients' unique needs and enhancing their confidence with how they are positioned for the future.

Before founding Lignum Wealth Management, Michael spent 10 years with Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., where he was recognized as a Five Star Wealth Manager. This award is presented to personal wealth managers who satisfy objective criteria that are associated with providing quality service to clients.

A lifelong North Shore resident, he enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Carolyn, and daughter, Gabriella, traveling, spending time at the beach, and doing outdoor activities.

Before founding Lignum Wealth Management, Christopher spent more than 10 years at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. There, he provided clients with exceptional service and expert advice on investment strategies, retirement, education funding, and estate and tax planning strategies. He was also awarded the 2014 Five Star Wealth Management Award, which is presented to personal wealth managers who satisfy objective criteria that are associated with providing quality service to clients.

Christopher attended Northeastern University, where he earned his BS in business administration with a concentration in finance. He holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations (through Commonwealth Financial Network®) and is also licensed to sell insurance products. He currently lives in Boxford, Massachusetts, where he is a member of his town's finance committee.

Before founding Lignum Wealth Management, Mark spent 11 years at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., where he focused on providing his clients with exceptional service and expert advice on investment, retirement, tax, estate planning, and other wealth management issues. During his tenure there, he was awarded the Five Star Wealth Management Award three times (2012–2014). The award is presented to personal wealth managers who satisfy objective criteria that are associated with providing quality service to clients.

Mark holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations (held through Commonwealth Financial Network®), is licensed in insurance, and is a Chartered Mutual Fund CounselorSM (CMFC®) designee. A lifelong resident of Waltham, Massachusetts, he spends his free time enjoying outdoor activities, including golf, snowboarding, and coaching Little League baseball. Mark is also the administrator for the Michael J. Soly Memorial Scholarship Fund, which provides educational funds to college-bound students.

Nathan O'Loughlin

Nathan O'Loughlin is a founder and managing partner of Lignum Wealth Management, an independent and comprehensive financial services firm located in Wakefield, Massachusetts. He has more than 14 years of experience providing clients with honest, concise, and relevant advice. Financial decisions are consistent with his clients' goals and are achieved through a personal, long-term financial planning relationship.

Before his partnership at Lignum Wealth Management, Nathan spent 11 years at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. His many areas of focus included charitable giving, education planning, retirement income strategies, estate planning, and investments. During his time at Ameriprise, Nathan was twice awarded the Boston Five Star Wealth Management award.

Nathan is a Chartered Mutual Fund CounselorSM (CMFC®) designee and holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations (held through Commonwealth Financial Network®). He graduated from Northeastern University with a dual major in finance and entrepreneurship. Nathan enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time with his family and community. He and his wife, Tara, reside in Bedford, Massachusetts, with their three young sons. He often participates in the Dad's Corner of the Bedford Family Connection, where he plays sports with his and other children.
